We host all types of events – from intimate dining for two, to small Lodge parties for up to 75 guests, to larger events in our outdoor but roofed Pavillion for 150 guests. You can decorate; you can bring a DJ or a band; we assist you in securing a caterer; we will transport your guests in golf carts from our parking area; daytime or nighttime.
Our outdoor Event Center is a fantastic spot for a gathering of up to 150 guests. The Center looks like a barn, is roofed with lots of fans, has garage doors that open up on all sides, has two lighted patios, and an adjacent asphalt pad. Twinkly lighting completes the atmosphere along with the views out over the manicured property and pristine lakes.

You can set up your outdoor games, go fishing in our lakes, hike on our trails around the lake, or paddle around in our kayaks. Tables and chairs and linens are included for 100.
Our spacious Lodge is perfect for gatherings of up to 75 guests. It is a large, rambling home with a great room that has three walls of windows, a downstairs party room, a full kitchen, a covered front porch, and an outdoor fire pit on the patio.

These smaller parties are perfect in our gracious and rustic Lodge. You can play pool, lounge on the front porch, build a fire in the outdoor firepit, gather around to open gifts in our large den, move your party to the downstairs party room with wet bar to dance.
There are four bedrooms, so you can stay overnight with a smaller subset of your guests.

BTW, there are no gratuity or service charges added.
Party Time – Let the Good Times Roll!
We’ll host your party or celebration, large or small, in our Bon Ton Pavilion and help your good times roll! As experienced party planners, we’ll coordinate and handle the details while you have a great time. Our 2000 square foot indoor/outdoor pavilion is available for large (up to 150 guests) or small gatherings. Or you may choose our Lodge for smaller (bridal) showers, birthday parties or other events. Our manicured grounds may be your pick for a picnic or outdoor luncheon.
We’ll help you to use your imagination to conjure up that perfect party that your guests will never forget. And if you need help on vendors for food, drink, music, etc., just let us know; we’ve worked with dozens. You can always bring your own alcoholic or other beverages if you choose.
Work Time – Get a Lot Done & Have Fun, Too
If you are looking for a unique, tranquil retreat setting for your company, organization, or group we can set up several meeting areas (indoor or outdoor) – then let you just relax beside one of our outdoor fireplaces. We call our Lodge great room the “Boardroom with a view”. For quiet time, our rolling property and nature trails provide plenty of solitude for reflection while strolling around. If your folks are the party types, we can throw your “afterwards” party either outdoors or in our Bon Ton Pavilion which lets your guests flow from indoors to outdoors and back again, dancing, eating, playing outdoor games – and just having tons of fun.
